Again changed some parts in Use case description.That's mean we concentrated the supervisor advise.And prepared the presentation slides.And done draft for the presentation.We got some issues when we d0 the presentation.So individually we got our feedback from the mates.Then i corrected my faults.i thought i need some more practice for the presentation.

Today we gathered in library.And discussed about new use case precisely.i did some suggestions for the activities when we discussed
finally we got some use cases for each to do the descriptions.
We done paper prototype templates. So it is easy to understand the scenario straight away. Then we finalized the presentation part for each member.So we got short time to practice on presentation.

We done our discussion on the each members activity diagrams.and i realized what are alterations for those diagrams and i fixed those.
And i did note the works have to accomplish during the weekend.

Today i finished the schedule from updating.i done activity diagrams for client detail,tax type,tax-type detail and create invoice.And i finished the descriptions for activity diagrams.
i done coding for login function. But i need what actually client need because of client does not like to give any access to their data. And i done UI design for Forgot password page.

Discussed the Use cases(actors) with the supervisor.And we have started to do the activity diagram for each use cases of actors.
I done Accountant use cases.it's getting more time to realize the path of the activities.But i realized we need more idea about what are the procedures actually accountant does.And we need to follow same manner from each members.

Actually we prepared our presentation thoroughly for some times. And done in front of the supervisor.So we got some advise from him and again rehearsed 2 times.
Then we got some confidence.
Finally we done our presentation using new tool called PREZI.And i realized got quite few mistake.from the supervisors we have got some feedback.we responded some of them.
And result of that comment.we changed the use case as dividing by the actor.So i done the use case for the Accountant.
And i wished about new task.because of i like to do many tasks during the project.Otherwise i couldn't brush up my skills.
So i need to download the PREZI and i will try on it.

Group meeting with david ad we discussed about client meeting.
Finished the Use case ver1.0.Prepare the slides and script for the presentation.
Finally rehearsed the presentation some times.

Week-03-CRM

Today i done corrections on the Use cases and use case description.
And prepared the questions what we are going to ask from the client.
We have met the client at 3 O'clock.And he mentioned we no need the client side functions which means client can't use the system.System uses only for Mt Roskill Accountants.

I done my works on two use cases Client and Contact person,Create Users.
I learned more about PREZI for next presentation.

We decided to divide the functions of the application among the team.I'm doing Client & contact person,Create Users(Client,Accountant,System Admin).So i have got some additional stuff which are help to get the idea.
And today i have learned Java Script which we can use get more dynamic pages.

Today we started to learn the MVC in ASP.net.So we have referred Asp.net MVC official site.
I have got some idea.But that is not good enough.Anyway MVC concept is more flexible for this CRM application as mentioned in some references.And more focused on Project proposal.But still we haven't meet real client.

From the morning we prepared the presentation again by doing rehearsals.At afternoon we done our presentation in best as we thought.
Even though i felt that i have some issues like voice frequency,intervals and some phrasing technique to the audience attraction.
By the time we met the supervisor and did show him our presentation and got good feedback.
We heard from him we may able to meet client this week.
I got the idea about PREZI and how can we use it.
Today i gonna refer the Beer-House Website & coding further more.

Today we gathered in the college.we practiced on the presentation more time.
In the evening we have met Supervisor.We submitted the documents about meeting minutes,project proposal and task trackers.We got some resources for presentation(PREZI).
And during the meeting we realized we need to do the coding in Asp.net.
So today i have stopped using PHP.

Week-02-CRM

Today we gathered in the Main Campus cafeteria at 10.30 a.m.
We roughly decided that who are doing which part of the coding.And i started to begin the coding for Login and Logout Function.And i refered my coding what i done in my website using PHP.
And i just refered Javascript which is very useful for UI interface.

Specially we got the knowledge of CRM from the Project Analysist (Rieko).So now we have the real idea about the Application well.And we got a technique for PHP as well.

Created a Group page which can share the information between us.And sent an Invitation of Group to project involvers who are Team members,Supervisor and the Client.
